Trine + Kim is a Norwegian design studio perhaps best known for their exquisite packaging for bands like Mayhem, Enslaved, Ihsahn and Darkthrone.
They just released a beautiful book called "Decade" which features "a selection of our cover artworks. 160 pages. Hardback. Only 150 copies made. Other items are the Decade shirt, the Psykosedyr CD, postcards, limited edition prints and other selected titles."
